  • Inland Areas: (Riverside, Temecula, Fallbrook) $150.00

Travel to areas not listed above or out of California will be quoted on individual basis as they require additional fees including, but not limited to, lodging and air/rail travel. These arrangements will be paid for and arranged by the Bride.

  • SERVICE MINIMUM: Beauty & the Beach has a $300 service minimum to book our mobile services on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for a Bride and/or Bridal Party. For example, Bridal hair and makeup is $300 or 4 bridesmaids hair at $75/person is $300 and meets the minimum. Travel fees and Previews do not apply to the minimum
  • ADD ONS: Services can be added if time permits
  • TIMING: All Clients requesting services must be present and ready to receive services at the start time stated on the service contract. Do NOT stagger arrival times. If there is a special circumstance and some people must come later please discuss with stylist at Preview or by email ahead of time. 
  •  All clients must have their hair completely DRY for hair services and faces CLEAN for makeup services. We do not blow dry hair. Please stress to your bridal party the importance of arriving on time and being ready to get started with hair and/or makeup. We want to make sure your day runs smoothly;)
  • LIABILITY: The stylist/Beauty & the Beach is not responsible for any customer reactions to products used for reasonable techniques in rendering services. All services are at the permission of the client at her or his own risk.
  • PAYMENT: Payments can be made by cash, check or credit/debit cards on or before the wedding date on this contract. Checks made payable to Beauty & the Beach
  • DEPOSIT: Deposits are collected to secure and hold your date. Once the Preview is performed the deposit is considered payment for that Preview and a signed contract and a $100 retainer fee serves to secure your event date. Deposits are NOT applied to the wedding day balance unless a Preview is NOT performed in which case the deposit will be applied to the wedding day. However the $100 retainer fee will be applied to the wedding day services 
  • SIGNING CONTRACT: If a contract is not signed after the Preview the wedding date will no longer be secured, but will open up to other brides. If at a later time you do decide to book us, and your date is still available, a signed contract is required and your wedding date will be locked in.
  • PREVIEW: The Preview is the time in which you will want to finalize your hair style and/or makeup look, as well as details and timing of wedding day services. Honest communication with your stylist /artist is of the upmost importance. Any questions or concerns should be addressed at this time. If for any reason you would like another Preview an additional charge will apply. So please make sure you are happy with your look before you leave.
  • PARKING FEES: Bride is responsible for all parking & valet fees. 
  • TRAVEL FEE: A travel fee will be charged for locations outside of Orange County, CA.
