Terms and Conditions
- We do not hold a wedding date without a booking deposit
- The booking deposit must be paid before we will schedule a preview
- We book up fast and we book on a first come/first serve basis upon deposit paid
- Booking deposit is refundable if you choose to cancel our services before we do a Preview as long as it is at least 6 weeks or 45 days before your event, otherwise the deposit is nonrefundable.
- All final balances for wedding day services are due one week before the wedding Via Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card. It is the bride or client’s responsibility to collect payment from her bridal party and make one payment to Beauty & the Beach 7 days prior to the wedding. We can take payments on wedding day for add ons only. It gets too hectic to try and collect on the day of.
- We receive numerous inquiries and book up quickly. Because we turn away other work and we need to reserve the appropriate amount of artists we require a signed contract at or just after the preview. If the contract is not signed within 72 hours of the preview then the wedding date will open to other clients. If at a later time you do decide to book us, and your date is still available, a signed contract will be required and your wedding date will be secured.
- WE DO NOT DO FRIDAY OR WEEKEND PREVIEWS (need them open for weddings...thank you for understanding:)
- The bride's booking deposit will hold the date for her and the entire bridal party until a preview is performed.
- The booking deposit secures the wedding date until we perform the Preview. At that point the deposit is considered payment for the Preview.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your Preview please address any concerns at that time. If another Preview is requested there will be an added charge. We do not offer refunds after a Preview is performed.
- We have a $300 wedding day service minimum with a lead artist for travel on a weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
- If additional artists are requested to help with your bridal party there will be a $300 minimum (4 service minimum per artist) So for example if you have 8 ladies wanting services you can request a second artist and each artist will have four services at $85/service
- We do not travel for Previews. They are performed at our San Juan Capistrano studio. However we do travel to you on the wedding day:)
- Travel fee will apply if your wedding is outside of Orange County
- Client is responsible for all parking fees/valet charges for Beuaty & the Beach artists. We try to keep these at a minimum but sometimes we can’t avoid parking charges
- We do NOT do Blow Outs and need hair completely dry
- We take cash, credit cards, Zelle or Venmo

As many as needed to get you and your party done within a 4-5 hour timeline. We do have a 4 service minimum per artist requested. We won’t bring an artist to only do 1-3 services. But we also won’t take up your entire day with hair and makeup.
The sooner the better. Because we need to book the appropriate amount of artists for the day…and because they too get booked up fast, its best if we know asap how many girls want hair and/or makeup done at least 45 days before your event. However we can’t guarantee that we will have enough artists to staff large parties. We do try our best to bring the BEST
So sorry but NO…we need weekends open for weddings and we also have kids and families that we like to hang out with on weekends when we are done with our weddings.;) Please be willing to come in on a weekday or weeknight for your Preview
No our prices are firm. We keep our prices competitive and fair. Our pricing reflects the quality of work and professionalism you will be getting, as well as the experience that comes from 20 years in the beauty and wedding industry.
The booking deposit is applied to your Preview (aka trial run) if you do not need a preview then it will be applied to the wedding day services. Think of it as pre-paying for your Preview
